Who’s Vanessa WU ?

Professor Vanessa WU, or Wanasnan Kanokpattanangkul, is more than a chef — she is a teacher and storyteller of Thai culinary wisdom. For over three decades, she has shared the beauty and philosophy of Thai cuisine around the world.

In 2006, she founded Kinnaree by Vanessa WU in Sukhumvit 8 — a place where food, art, and hospitality reflect the spirit of Thai culture.
